The sun came out (just in time) for the 2023 Van Stadens Indigenous Plant Sale, adding a radiant flare to the special occasion. 

The Indigenous Plant Sale formed part of the 2023 Flower Festival fun and it was a joy to host people who shared a passion for all things wild, indigenous, and rare. 

The event marked a collective commitment towards responsible gardening practices, that values cultivating locally indigenous plants. Through this, we are not only beautifying our surroundings with water-wise plants and trees, but providing a safe haven for local fauna. This, in turn, contributes to the conservation of biodiversity; and this helps keep intact the delicate balance of intricate and complex ecosystems.

Each plant nurtured, each pollinator attracted, each responsible choice made in our gardens is a contribution to this enduring legacy of environmental stewardship.
